This super rare tape is in EXCELLENT condition and plays GREAT!, Both labels and shell have very minor wear as if it was played very little or at all! The only reason it’s downgraded to VG+ is because someone named Darlene? decided to autograph the front, back and spine labels in ball point pen and there is a dime sized circular stain on the front – Comes in standard Blue/White Columbia CRC Slip cover
